In a conventional pin-tumbler lock, keyed alike configuration means the pin stacks are arranged to respond to the same key cut. First, separate frame security from component security. Use a serious primary lock to attach the frame to a solid, fixed object. The object matters as much as the lock: a weak rack, loose signpost, or short fence can make a strong lock irrelevant.
Then identify the removable parts outside that primary lock. If the front wheel is not captured by the frame lock, secure the wheel. If the saddle can be released with a quick lever, secure the seat post. If a thief can remove the fork or front assembly using common tools, address the headset or fork interface.
